  • Training: Before we begin working together I will conduct an initial body assessment to gage your level of fitness and technique. From this, I will design an individualised program that targets muscle growth in desired areas in line with your goals. This program will include progressive overload to ensure you are confident to progress with the weight you are lifting. Based on your goals I will also program cardio and step goals. As an ongoing service you have the option to submit form videos for my coaching feedback.

    Nutrition: Your current energy input will be calculated to begin with. Based on your goals I will set either calorie deficit or surplus targets. These targets will be recalculated throughout for continue progression I will also provide education and coaching on the best way to split macros across your meals as well as their importance for your health. I will also coach you to understand, recognise and refine your nutrition behaviours to help build habits to encourage adherence.

    Communication: You will have direct access to my private Whatsapp when we initiate coaching. Communication will be Mon-Fri between the hours of 8am - 5pm. This is where you can ask any questions, send form videos and reach out for further support.

  • Delivery: Your program will be delivered through a personal trainer app called Trainerize. Your progress photos and weight will be uploaded to this app. Each Exercise will be accompanied by an exercise video demonstration as well as coaching notes and tips from me.

    Duration: All coaching packages are a 12 week minimum commitment. Cancellation after the initial 12 weeks will require a two week cancellation notice (i.e. cancellation in week 10 to cease coaching in week 12) as these are minimum contracts and not finite.

  • Pricing: The price for weekly coaching is $99 per week. The price is reflective of my my experience and my unique qualifications to best guide you on your journey. Payments will be set up as a weekly direct debit on Tuesday’s via Stripe. An initial non refundable set up fee of the weekly coaching price ($99) will be required to commence coaching.
